Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid IT Manager to lead our application development team across regions. As a key member of our technology leadership, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of application development projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for application development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Implement processes and procedures for managing changes to applications, including software updates, patches, enhancements, and migrations.
  • Collaborate with software vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate, select, and integrate off-the-shelf applications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in testing software, reviewing code, and contributing to continuous improvement within a team.
  • Ability to motivate, collaborate with, and lead others, with a successful track record in providing direction and managing performance of staff.
  • Technical understanding of IT systems and interface methods, as well as experience working with Agile development frameworks.
