Alexander Lloyd is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects within their Pension Administration Service. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects, adhering to the company's project governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects aligned with the company's strategy, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust and guide them through the project journey, providing clear insights and recommendations for improvements in business change processes.
  • Manage projects such as Dashboard, GMP, Buy-Ins/Buy-Outs, and Data Rectifications, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

About You

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes and a strong understanding of relevant project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with a resilient and adaptable approach to navigating challenges.
  • Experience in managing projects within a pension environment is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the industry's complexities and nuances.
