About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Elm View. As a key member of our care home, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our team in providing a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Requirements
  • A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing, with a focus on care home settings.
  • Previous experience in a care home environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and supporting teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest clinical and social care developments.
