About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at ZF Friedrichshafen AG in Darlaston. As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining high quality standards, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Production Schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement and monitor training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Audit the manufacturing area to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure accurate product data.

Requirements:

  • HNC in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of SMED/TPM, MS Office Tools, and quality problem-solving tools.
  • Understanding of 5S/7 Wastes and/or 5 Whys/Ishikawa tools.
