We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
