Your Role

As a Care and Activity Manager at Cygnet, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing activities, outings, and events for the people in our care. This will involve providing fun and constructive leisure time, as well as appropriate physical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our service users.
  • Ensure the provision of staff, space, and materials for all activities.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.
