Job Description:
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and working collaboratively with others?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Huntingdon, UK as a Junior Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you'll assist with cost estimates and budgets for projects, support procurement and tendering processes, and manage project financials.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
* Support procurement and tendering processes.
* Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior team members.
* Contribute to risk management and value engineering activities.
