Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Practice Manager to join our team at Vets For Pets in Romford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established team of dedicated professionals, comprising 10 experienced Vets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our small animal surgery, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and implementing efficient workflows. As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, staff engagement, and overall practice performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set goals, objectives, and budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Head Nurse in a veterinary setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
