Are you looking to make a difference in retail this autumn and winter? We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the Greenleys area.

This role will be based in Tesco Wolverton Milton Keynes, where you'll work in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role is perfect for someone with experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.

You'll need to be able to commit to the hours listed above and take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.

What you'll do:

  • You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
  • You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores

What makes you excellent:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus
