We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Reception Desk Coordinator to join our team at Dick Lovett BMW Melksham.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy front of house environment, managing high volumes of customer traffic and providing exceptional service at all times.

The main function of this role is to meet and greet all customers entering the dealership, assist with their requirements whilst on site, and work closely as part of the Reception team to deliver a first-class experience.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time opportunity, and the successful candidate will be required to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with some flexibility to cover weekends and bank holidays as needed.
