Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in driving business growth and customer engagement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Manage sales performance, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, and develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, and provide regular sales performance reports to leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer engagement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
