- Manage team performance, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Identify and assess individual training needs, delivering relevant training to enhance team performance.
- Interview and select new hires, overseeing inductions and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a technical reference point for the team, resolving product queries and providing expert advice.
- Analyze and report on team and campaign performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Competitive salary of £35,000, plus uncapped commission.
- Holiday entitlement of 24 days holiday (rising to 29) + bank holidays.
- 37.5-hour week, initially 11.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday.

- Project management and process improvement experience.
- In-depth knowledge of CRMs and advanced MS Office 365.
