We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract/Project Manager to join our clients growing team in the steelwork industry. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and manage multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Role:- Contract & Project Management: Manage all stages of steelwork contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Cost Management: Handle all aspects of budgeting, including costings, forecasting, and financial control, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Site Surveys & Meetings: Conduct site surveys and attend client and site meetings to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
- Labour Management: Organize and oversee labour, ensuring resources are efficiently utilized and projects run smoothly.
- Deadline Management: Work to strict deadlines, ensuring contracts are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract and project management within the steelwork industry (with a focus on architectural steel).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of budgeting, costing, surveys, and labour management.
- Communication: Strong communicator who can effectively liaise with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide, as the role involves managing contracts across the country.
