Regional HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team at Academy Transformation Trust. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic HR advice and support to our primary and secondary academies in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and effective HR services to academies, ensuring strategies are in place to balance individual needs while supporting the delivery of ATT's strategic objectives.
  • Act as a business partner to Principals, Managers, and Local Governing Body members, negotiating with trade unions and resolving a broad range of HR issues.
  • Drive change to ensure compliance with evolving legislation and manage complex and contentious HR case work.
  • Support the development of leaders and less experienced HR colleagues.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Sound generalist HR experience gained in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing a complex caseload, interpreting and applying guidelines, advising senior management, and defining best practice.
  • Familiarity with educational issues is desirable, but project leadership, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and influencing skills are essential.
