What We Offer
  • Location:Bristol
  • Salary:£11.74 per hour (with potential for overtime and shift pay)

Your Role

As a Care Coordinator, you'll provide person-centered care and support to learning disabled adults. Your day will be filled with variety, from helping someone plan their weekly shop to accompanying them on outdoor adventures.
