Child Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Therapist to join our team at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work with children, young people, and their families.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Systemic Psychotherapy or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of four years' experience in mental health. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist therapeutic packages of care to individuals and families.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Providing individual and family therapy sessions
- Working closely with other professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Participating in regular supervision and training to ensure ongoing development
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the evaluation of services
