Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our commercial finance function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of key objectives.
- Work closely with regional leadership and their teams to drive value addition and identify cost-cutting opportunities.
- Develop and manage strategic budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
- Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
- Advise the wider commercial finance function on process improvements and change management.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) with over 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
