Office Supervisor

Join Apetito Limited, a leading food producer for the health and social care sector, as an Office Supervisor. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to support our Retail Sales and Operations Manager in creating an outstanding performance in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the office-based team to ensure all office tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Engage with the team and ensure all targets are being met.
- Monitor performance, coach, and support team members where required.
- Maintain dialogue with the Depot Operations Manager to ensure alignment with the company strategy and maximize opportunities.
- Ensure Dynamics CRM is being used productively to grow the customer base.
- Manage the office team's rotas and holidays and arrange cover where needed.
- Liaise with the Retail Operations Manager and Depot Operations Manager to highlight concerns or successes.
- Improve KPI performance by focusing on new customer acquisition, prospect conversion, customer retention, and sales growth.
- Maximize the potential of our CRM system by utilizing inbound and outbound calls, marketing letters, and team training.
- Create an exemplar with pace and urgency by delivering exceptional customer service, implementing local marketing best practices, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Good leadership potential with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Experience in people engagement and leading a team of up to 5 people.
- Passion, energy, and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Ambition to succeed and drive business growth.
- Empathy to deal with customers and effectively promote WFF.
- Ability to work well with colleagues and franchisees.
- GCSE English and Maths with a good understanding of written and oral English.
