Dining Experience Coordinator:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team at Sunley Court, Kettering. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and organization.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a residential setting or hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience with budgeting and cost control, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • High standards of kitchen organization, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
