Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex patients, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote patient-centered care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Lead and support colleagues on shift, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
