We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Executive to join our Insurance sales team at our office in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing leads from within the Let Alliance business to make sales and retain business, exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to retain business and identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize market research and industry trends to stay up-to-date on market conditions and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Previous sales experience is not essential, but previous customer service experience is essential
- Positive attitude and a desire to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
