BMW Car Sales Executive

About the Role:
Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our sales team at Porsche Centre Chester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitability of the used vehicle department and customer retention.
Key responsibilities include hiring and monitoring the performance of sales executives, holding weekly sales meetings, and providing sales mentoring and support.
This is a full-time role that may include weekends to ensure exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a Sales Manager/Sales Controller with retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, who possesses well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of the department.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in management and be able to handle conflicting demands.
They will need to demonstrate exceptionally high standards, bring new and innovative ideas to the department, and drive performance while challenging the status quo.
