HGV Class C+E Bulk Tanker Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and professional HGV Class C+E Bulk Tanker Driver to join our team at Pertemps in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely Operate HGV Class C+E Bulk Tanker: Deliver powder materials to various locations while adhering to driving regulations and traffic laws.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Delivery Schedules: Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and complete required paperwork.
  • Working Hours: Must be able to start between 04:00-06:00am Monday to Friday, with the ability to work up to 12 hours.
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class C+E License: Minimum 2 years' experience, maximum 6 points, and no major endorsements.
  • Experience: Proven experience in driving HGV Class C+E Bulk Tankers.
  • Regulations: Excellent understanding of relevant driving regulations and traffic laws.
  • Safety Commitment: Strong commitment to safety and ability to adhere to strict safety protocols.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Decision Making: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when faced with challenges.

All drivers are paid based on PAYE, and we do not accept LTD or umbrella companies. On top of the hourly rate, you will accrue holiday pay, which is based on 2 days a month on a 40-hour week. You will also be enrolled in an optional pension scheme after 12 weeks, which can be opted out of.
