Sales Development Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Care Sales Executive to join Jobit, a leading cosmetic ingredients supplier.
This is a 12-month contract position, covering maternity leave, with an estimated salary range of £30,000 - £38,000. The role offers excellent benefits and the chance to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
As a Personal Care Sales Executive at Jobit, you will play a key role in driving business expansion through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business prospects.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to create profitable partnerships.
- Identify market gaps and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record in roles such as Personal Care Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar positions.
- Experience related to beauty, hair, cosmetics, makeup, or chemical manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Annual team bonus linked to company profit (subject to minimum employment term).
