We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sustainability Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering transformative change and scale up climate action in the food and beverage industry.

The ideal candidate will have great organizational and planning skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for supporting the team in hosting/organizing masterclasses, upskilling courses, business memberships, and events, as well as coordinating business membership project meetings and providing regular updates and progress reports to the team lead.

The Sustainability Project Coordinator will also be responsible for organizing business membership project meetings, helping to provide regular updates and progress reports to the team lead, and coordinating business membership accounts for membership setup/admin, invoicing, welcome calls, onboarding calls, booking upskilling programs, masterclasses, and elearns, communication projects, networking, and championing business members in internal meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience successfully harnessing client/partner/supplier relationships, strong IT skills, including Microsoft, Google, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Zoom, and Outlook, and a can-do attitude that can take initiative when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in hosting/organizing masterclasses, upskilling courses, business memberships, and events.
  • Coordinate business membership project meetings and provide regular updates and progress reports to the team lead.
  • Organize business membership accounts for membership setup/admin, invoicing, welcome calls, onboarding calls, booking upskilling programs, masterclasses, and elearns, communication projects, networking, and championing business members in internal meetings.
  • Support the management of attendance and comms for coaches and students for programs and masterclasses, facilitating Zoom and ensuring content is supplied on time throughout the process.
  • Complete projects on time, within budget, quality, and scope as directed.
  • Support the organization of upskilling content ensuring all coaches and members have the correct information and follow-up communication.
  • Support on FFM memberships onboarding and onboarding process for digital learning.
  • Provide admin and coordination support to the team as required.

Requirements:

  • Great organizational and planning skills.
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask and juggle priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to exude energy and a positive attitude.
  • A can-do attitude that can take initiative when needed.
  • Experience successfully harnessing client/partner/supplier relationships.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft, Google, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Zoom, and Outlook.
  • Experience in the food/beverage industry is a bonus.
