Join a leading training provider with over 60 years of experience in delivering high-quality training solutions. As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the construction sector.

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups, focusing on site work and health and safety within the construction sector.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training programs tailored to the construction sector.
  • Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups in a classroom setting on a variety of topics, including Health and Safety within the construction sector, focusing on site work.
  • Utilise engaging instructional techniques and materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the training process.

Essential Requirements:

  • Background in Construction Management.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or above.
  • Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, ideal within Construction Site Management.
  • Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable.
  • Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector.
  • Flexibility in travel and must hold a Full UK driving license.
