About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Joint Venture Partnership in Ophthalmology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring clinical safety and delivering exceptional patient care.

As a director managing your own independent eye hospital, you will work closely with our Clinical Directors to deliver operational excellence and continually improve our services. Your passion for customer service and drive for quality will be essential in creating a successful business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and good governance
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with Clinical Directors to deliver clinical excellence

We are looking for a commercially driven individual with previous experience in managing large teams and working with consultants. You will have a good understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to work both operationally and strategically.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a salary of £100,000 per annum, plus dividends, and will be expected to contribute £50,000 to the shareholders' loan. Average OTE is £250,000 plus per annum.
