Your Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and attentive support to our residents throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care routines, such as bedtime preparations and morning wake-up procedures.
  • Preparing breakfast for residents.
  • Supporting individuals in developing essential life skills.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
