Claimont Health LTD is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with spinal injuries in the East London area.


This part-time position is based in Hornchurch, with available hours on Monday and Tuesday (10:30am to 2:30pm), Wednesday (9:30am to 2:30pm), and Thursday (12:30pm to 5:30pm).


We require a Support Worker who can provide domiciliary home care, engage clients in community-based activities, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering client-specific care.


Key Responsibilities



  • Providing high-quality care to individuals with spinal injuries in a community setting
  • Engaging clients in community-based activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Delivering client-specific care plans, ensuring a high level of professional standards
  • Maintaining clear professional boundaries within a home setting

Requirements



  • At least 1 year of experience as a Complex Care Support Worker, preferably with individuals with spinal injuries
  • Flexibility, maturity, independence, and a high level of professional standards
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care and maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • UK driving licence and access to a car
