Job Description


As a Construction Graduate Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of our landscape construction projects across the UK. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors to coordinate resources, materials, and labor.
  • Upskill operations teams on the importance of accurate project planning.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Assist in budget forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project timelines, risks, and critical paths.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Experience in using planning software such as Primavera P6, Aster, or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
