Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled Day Shift Electrical Engineer to join our team at Omega Leeds in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with mechanical or electrical bias to contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnosis on PLC controlled equipment to ensure maximum line efficiency.
  • Attend to breakdowns onsite, ensuring a rapid response to plant equipment and machinery failures.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on automation machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and robots.
  • Deliver on plant uptime and maintenance KPI's through planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure efficient running of continuous processes, moving and packing high-quality products packaged and prepared for delivery.
  • Continually improve performance of equipment and systems to support site development.
About the Role
