As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Field Service employees, including Installation Operatives, Engineers, and Managers.



Your responsibilities will include:




  • Providing administrative support to a team of Field Service employees, including general office administration, performance reporting, and analysis.
  • Managing communication with internal and external customers, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing callers to appropriate parties.
  • Receiving and processing mail, email, and fax, as well as copying, filing, and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents, and ensuring work rotas are up to date and submitted to stakeholders.
  • Proactively managing minor work requests, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings, catering, and room bookings.
  • Maintaining awareness of customer specifications, expectations, organizational structure, and contact procedures, as well as Siemens compliance and other policies.


Requirements include:




  • 5 GCSEs grade C or above, including English and Mathematics.
  • NVQ in administration or equivalent experience.
  • Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize workload and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • IT literate, with good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with the ability to professionally manage requests and queries from a range of stakeholders.
  • Discretion and the ability to operate in a confidential environment.


Desirable experience includes providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expenses.
