About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our team at Stott and May. As a key member of our Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing SAP Success Factors solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Comprehensive Finance Transformation Strategies: Utilize your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud edition to design and implement finance transformation strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Design Integrated SAP SF Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, and design integrated SAP SF solutions that work seamlessly with other systems and modules.
  • Ensure Solution Quality and Compliance: Ensure that solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards, and that they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges, and to advise them on finance best practices and customization of the SAP SF module.
  • Lead Implementation Lifecycle: Lead the implementation lifecycle from planning and design to configuration, testing, and deployment of the Finance module, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure the system according to specifications and ensure functionality during testing phases, and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation.
  • Oversee Integration and Data Migration: Oversee the integration of Finance with other SAP and non-SAP systems, and ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimize resistance, and create training materials and conduct workshops or training sessions for end-users.
  • Collaborate with Vendors and Partners: Collaborate with SAP and other third-party vendors to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and obtain support as needed, and establish and maintain relationships with implementation partners and service providers.
