Medical Imaging Systems Service Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Systems Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain, repair, and install high-value capital equipment, including electro-mechanical and electronic systems.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  3. Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex challenges and seize opportunities.
  4. Participate in full industry-recognized OEM product training and manufacturer training courses.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Full UK driving license.
