About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our building business, you will be responsible for delivering major construction and building projects for a leading contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial expertise and strategic guidance to project teams
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Oversee design and technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects valued at £40m+
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
