We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated nurse to join our team in the Acute Medicine department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and providing skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with NMC Code of Conduct
- Contributing to the continued development of nursing practice, including supervision of junior nurses and support staff
- Working collaboratively within a Multidisciplinary team to facilitate holistic care delivery
Requirements:
- RN (Adult) with current NMC registration
- Experience in Acute Medicine
- Evidence of professional development
- Student assessor
Salary:** £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience
