This is an exciting chance to join our innovative team as a Production Engineer, contributing to the development and production of cutting-edge print finishing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and maintaining our products to the highest standards, ensuring timely delivery of sales orders and repairs while upholding excellent communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections, repairs, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support installations, training, demonstrations, and exhibitions nationally and internationally, promoting our products and services.
* Provide technical assistance to internal teams and dealers, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and software, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in print finishing equipment.
* Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with experience in IT systems, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum.
