We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Acute Medicine Occupational Therapist to join our team in Woolwich. This is a locum role with a contract duration of 8 weeks, which may extend. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £28.52.
Job DescriptionThe successful applicant will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and needs related to their medical condition. They will also develop and implement individualized care plans to facilitate recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify functional needs and abilities.
- Developing personalized care plans to promote recovery and independence.
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- At least 18 months post-qualifying experience in acute hospital settings. We welcome applications from Band 5, 6, and 7 Occupational Therapists.
