Senior Town Planner Job in Cheltenham

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
  2. Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  2. Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
  3. Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
