Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations, as well as excellent research and analysis skills.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Planning Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable urban planning projects. The successful candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligible for membership.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions
- Manage a caseload of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement planning strategies
