About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care assistance, planning and preparation of nutritious meals, and supporting clients with learning disabilities, young and elder individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will be required to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements.

As a Care Assistant with Trinity Homecare, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our company is rated 'Outstanding' by CQC and offers a supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care assistance (washing, toileting, dressing & grooming)
  • Planning and preparation of nutritious and healthy meals
  • Supporting clients with learning disabilities, young and elder individuals

Requirements:

  • Caring, empathetic nature
  • Dedication, commitment, and reliability
  • Flexibility and good communication skills
  • Valid UK driver's license and access to your own car
  • Living in the UK and have the correct right to work documents
