Job Title: Property Case Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Case Handler to join our Corporate Property Services team in Bracknell. As a Property Case Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 60-70 properties on behalf of lenders, from initial marketing to completion of the sale.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Estate Agents and RICS Valuers to understand property values, local market conditions, and challenge any disparities in value.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the best results for all parties involved.
  • Progress each property sale through proactive liaison with Estate Agents and Solicitors to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform ad-hoc activities to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
