Our client, a leading Training Provider in Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Project Management Assessor/Tutor to join their team. With over 40 years of experience in the Apprenticeships and Training Sector, they deliver high-quality content to thousands of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and assess Apprentices in Project Management Level 4 and short courses
  • Support learners to achieve Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing online and in-person support throughout their Apprenticeship
  • Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager and team to develop high-quality delivery

Requirements:

  • Project Management related qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
  • Solid occupational competency in Project Management, with at least 3 years of experience managing projects
  • Confidence with Maths, English, and IT skills
  • Commitment to achieving results and improving performance

This is a great opportunity to join a niche team and provide remote and face-to-face delivery of Project Management qualifications. You will be required to deliver onsite workshops at their training centre in West Berkshire and travel to learners.
