Assistant Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in commercially managing the store to maximize profitability through the retail plan.
  • Drive sales, manage costs, and deliver our brand through the visual proposition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional standards of behavior and ensuring the integrity of the brand is maintained at all times.
  • Train, coach, and develop the store team, supporting the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Proactively analyze financial data, retail strategy, and local knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and support commercial decisions.
  • Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
  • Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximize the stock package.
  • Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards, including leading sales and new season launches.
