Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Engineering department. This role involves leading continuous improvement activities and strategies across the site, with a focus on analysing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.

The Role
As our new Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects and strategy across the site. Your key duties will include:
  • Liaising with multiple internal departments to identify areas of concern and conduct root cause analysis
  • Implementing improvements using Lean, six sigma, 5s and Kaizen methodologies
  • Working to reduce costs, reduce waste, improve efficiency and productivity
