Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and tenders, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multiple projects and tenders, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Organize and manage direct labor and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective cost management.
  • Develop and implement effective cost management and forecasting strategies to ensure project profitability.
  • Identify, document, and cost project variations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Compile final accounts and liaise with Quantity Surveyors to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Undertake Risk & Method Statements to ensure project safety and compliance.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare reports to ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place to ensure high-quality project delivery.

**Requirements**

  • 18th Edition certification
  • CSCS Gold Card
  • NVQ Level 3-Electrical
  • Preferred work experience in the Commercial sector
  • SMSTS (Desired)
