Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the installation of Electrical services with values ranging from £500,000 - £2M.
  2. Oversee multiple tenders and projects throughout various stages.
  3. Organise and manage direct labour and subcontractors.
  4. Effectively manage costs and forecasts.
  5. Identify, document, and cost project variations.
  6. Compile final accounts and liaise with Quantity Surveyors.
  7. Undertake Risk & Method Statements.
  8. Carry out site surveys and prepare reports.
  9. Ensure quality control.
  10. Hold 18th Edition, CSCS Gold Card, NVQ Level 3-Electrical qualifications.
  11. Have work experience in the Commercial sector.
  12. SMSTS (Desired).

Requirements:
