Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Apprentice Maintenance Technician to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support for our chemical manufacturing operations and sites facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the maintenance technician with day-to-day upkeep of the plant and facilities
  • Learn and apply a wide variety of skills, including electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment
  • Develop and improve your skills in a chemical manufacturing setting
  • Ensure full and accurate records of work are retained and easily retrievable
  • Contribute to ongoing plant and building improvements
  • Ensure all work is done to a high standard and is conducted safely, complying with legislation and following the company's procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proactive approach to working, always seeking to improve yourself and the environment you work in. You will need to be a self-starter, highly motivated and have high quality standards in all the work you do.

You will have GCSE's in Maths, English and Science Grade 4 or above.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, total paid hours each week, and a range of benefits including enhanced contributory pension scheme, Bupa health care, annual bonus, annual salary increases, paid overtime and career progression.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 0700-1530 and Friday 0700-1200.
