Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team in Bingley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and Financial Controller in the preparation of management accounts, as well as contributing to the analytic side of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals.
- Contribute to variance analysis and ownership of the ledger, including costings and sales margin analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders, such as the Head of Operations and Head of Engineering, to drive business growth.
- Qualified by experience or studying towards AAT Level 4.
- Experience in preparing management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals.
- Knowledge of sales or product margin analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to commit to 5 days on site per week.
- Salaried up to £35,000 per annum.
