About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Logistics Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that optimize logistics and freight operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials while maximizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable freight and transportation providers, negotiating competitive freight rates and analyzing transportation costs.
  • Develop procurement strategies and policies that optimize logistics and freight operations, analyzing market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight and logistics suppliers, conducting supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Analyze transportation and logistics costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to optimize spending.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with logistics and freight operations, developing contingency plans and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for procurement logistics strategies and initiatives.
About You
  • You have a strong background in procurement, with experience in logistics and freight procurement.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • You are a team player, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
